Minimum charge for a call out includes the Call Out Fee and 1 hour Labour charge as per below.

In-House Inspection (M-F 8am – 4:30pm) Inspection fee $98.00 + GST. Extra labour charged in 15 min increments at $24.50 + GST *Please note there is a current wait of 2 weeks for processing workshop units.

Standard Hours (M-F 8am - 4:30pm) Call Out Fee is $140 + GST. Standard hours labour is $140 per hour + GST billed in 15min increments after the first hour.

After Hours (M-F 4:30pm - 8am) Call Out Fee is $210 + GST. After hours labour is $210 per hour + GST billed in 15min increments after the first hour.

Weekend (Fri 4:30pm - Mon 8am) Call Out is $1120 + GST including a minimum charge of 3 hours labour billed in 15min increments thereafter at $70 + GST per 15mins.

 

Travel Fee $95 + GST may apply if outside 50km of Melbourne CBD.

Labour exceeding the minimum service fees above will be additionally charged after completion of the job.

 

Parts are always additional and you will be quoted at the time of your service and asked for approval to proceed, if the tech continues investigations or completes the repair you will be liable for the charges, please ensure you call the office on 1300 000 323 prior to approving with the technician if you unsure of costs.

Warranty Call Outs are processed without payment deduction, however if your fault turns out not to be covered under warranty conditions as per the supplier you will be liable for the above rates.
